We are looking for a dedicated Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner to ensure the highest quality care and services for our residents. Your role will involve medication administration, documentation, resident care, and adherence to Sunrise Senior Living's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols.
- Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
- Communicate resident concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain medication carts and rooms for cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in safety procedures and risk management activities.
- Contribute to team success through active participation and training.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications.
- Experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm in challenging situations.
