Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, provide assistance with daily living activities, and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Support residents in life skills and enriching activities, maintaining safety and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, previous experience with seniors preferred, and certifications where required.
• Effective communication, organizational skills, good judgment, and decision-making ability.
