Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, create engaging experiences, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and families.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
• Promote a supportive and caring environment for residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
