Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families by assisting with daily activities and attending to individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in residents' conditions and recommend necessary adjustments in care.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Provide dining assistance to residents while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; certifications may be necessary based on state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
