Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living. As the Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Managers, ensuring quality care, and services are delivered to residents as per their individualized Service Plans. You will provide support during Activities of Daily Living, meal services, documentation, and compliance with company policies. The role involves working variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a group of Care Managers during the shift.
- Supervise attendance, manage call-offs, and respond to shift requests.
- Support team members in providing care and services according to individualized Service Plans.
- Assist with meal service, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
- Participate in crossover meetings and maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Virginia State Medication Technician License required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with seniors.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and organizational skills.
