Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficiency of our dining venues, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the dining team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, schedule, coach, and develop dining room staff.
- Ensure proper food portioning, plate presentation, and service standards.
- Maintain organization and sanitation of restaurant and kitchen areas.
- Participate in resident and employee satisfaction programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in dining room management.
- Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Ability to supervise multiple dining rooms and employees.
- Current food service license or certificate as required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
