Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with residents and families, providing assistance and care.
- Notify management of changes in condition and recommend care adjustments.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- High School diploma/GED and previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
