Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments to our residents in a safe and organized manner while upholding the highest standards of care and services.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Document medication administration accurately and maintain resident records.
• Participate in resident care activities and communicate effectively with the team.
• Promote resident safety and well-being through adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED; certifications required by state/provincial regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
