Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
- Promote residents' engagement in life enriching activities.
- Deliver exceptional dining and hospitality services.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to support residents' needs.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in residents' best interests.
