Job Description
Join the Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living team as a Maintenance Mechanic I at our vibrant community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining residential apartments and public areas to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with on-call duties.
Compensation
$19.25 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, paid bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders from residents.
- Contribute to enhancing the resident living experience through problem-solving.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential and public areas.
- Maintain HVAC equipment through preventive maintenance and emergency response.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience in relevant settings.
- High school diploma or GED.
