We are seeking a Special Procedure Tech to join our dynamic team at Corewell Health. As a Special Procedure Tech, you will provide direct care for patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures, assisting physicians and delivering quality patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include pre, intra, and post-procedural care, IV starts, hemodynamics monitoring, equipment operation, documentation, and patient/family education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intra-procedural support and quality patient care.
- Perform hemodynamic/physiologic recordings.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Maintain radiation safety standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited radiography or cardiovascular technologist program.
- 1 year of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant certifications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
