Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, creating a warm and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and promote a welcoming environment.
- Encourage and support residents in life enriching activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications as per state requirements.
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
