Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and families, assisting with daily living activities.
- Monitor residents' well-being and communicate any changes to management.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment.
- Assist residents with life skills and enrichment activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Prior experience with seniors and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
