Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Monitor residents' condition and recommend adjustments in care level.
  • Engage residents in life-enriching activities and ensure their well-being and safety.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Provide dining assistance while upholding Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

  • Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
