Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and create a warm and engaging environment for our seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and assistance to assigned residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment.
• Engage residents in life-enriching activities and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with compassion and excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience with seniors is a plus.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
