• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities and personalized care.
• Monitor residents' well-being, communicate changes to management, and adjust care levels accordingly.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the day.
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Service Plans and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide excellent dining service and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications:

• Dedication to serving seniors with exceptional customer service.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills are essential.
• High School diploma or GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
