Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide quality care and services to residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Maintain safety standards and respond to residents' dining needs.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High School diploma or GED, certifications may be required.
- Previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
