Caregiver

Job Description

We are hiring a Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide compassionate care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living.
• Notify management of any changes in resident conditions and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
• Assist residents in life skills and enriching activities based on individual profiles.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required by state regulations, and previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational skills, good judgment, and decision-making abilities.
