As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, assisting with daily activities, developing individualized service plans, ensuring safety and compliance, and enriching the lives of our residents through various activities. Qualifications

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
