Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build lasting relationships, assist with daily activities, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain a safe and enriching environment for residents.
• Respond to dining needs while upholding hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
