Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. This full-time position offers a day shift opportunity with sign-on bonus potential of $10,000. As a Renal Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutritional services and education to dialysis patients in a clinical setting, ensuring their well-being in accordance with health policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assess and determine appropriate nutrition intervention for patients.
- Develop individualized meal plans and provide nutrition education based on patient needs.
- Monitor nutritional status, lab values, and adherence to diet.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and patients for effective care management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or Dietetics required.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure in Maryland or facility location required.
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Dietitian.
- Experience working in a dialysis setting preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
