Job Description

General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology. Your role involves ensuring patient safety, maintaining quality imaging standards, and following radiation protection principles.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams with attention to patient identification and physician orders.
- Monitor patients during procedures to guarantee safety.
- Operate imaging equipment proficiently and ensure timely relay of STAT requests.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Maintain competency in all assigned radiology areas.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- Certifications including CRT-Radiographer (R), CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration, and CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
