Job Description
We are currently looking for a full-time Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. This position offers increased pay rates and a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in general radiology. You will be responsible for monitoring patients during procedures, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams with precision and efficiency.
- Acquire and document accurate patient history.
- Ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Communicate effectively with different departments and personnel.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and maintain quality control.
- Provide patient education and procedural information.
- Assist in training new hires and students.
- Maintain competency in all assigned areas.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
- Current CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT certification upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
