Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Radiology Technologist to join Corewell Health on a full-time basis, working afternoons. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in performing diagnostic exams in general radiology, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following established procedures.
- Obtain accurate patient history and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Effectively operate diagnostic imaging equipment and communicate efficiently with the medical team.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Maintain competency in various radiology procedures and assist in training new hires.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) and CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
