Responsibilities

• Investigate origin and cause of claims, contacting relevant parties.

• Conduct on-site inspections, evaluate damages, and negotiate claim settlements.
• Provide customer service, interpret policies, and answer inquiries.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer-driven solutions and claims handling.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain necessary claims licensing.
