Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital, Brain Health Unit in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule of 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, including weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet resident's needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Current License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
