Job Title: LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining the daily operations of the unit.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit offering daily activities, services, and support to residents. It specializes in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity needs, requiring compassionate and dedicated staff members.
Job Summary
The LPN will utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement care plans. They will also take on leadership responsibilities when necessary, contributing to the unit's efficient operation.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- Less than one year of experience.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in specialized medical equipment operation.
