Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents. This full-time position with a weekend commitment offers day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume responsibilities of a leadership role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
