Summary
Join our team at LifeBridge Health and make a difference! We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital. The LPN will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a sub acute rehabilitation unit with a focus on meeting the high complexity needs of its residents. The unit provides daily activities, services, and support to ensure the well-being of residents. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated team members to join us in helping those in need.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of nursing experience.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
