Job Description
We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. The ideal candidate will work full-time in a day shift schedule, contributing to the compassionate care and rehabilitation of our residents. As an LPN at Levindale in Baltimore, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional medical and emotional support to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing knowledge and physical assessment skills to develop individualized care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Ensure resident needs are met and oversee daily unit operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
