Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital offers a rewarding opportunity with a focus on skilled long-term care. As an LPN, you will work day shifts with a weekend commitment, contributing to the care and well-being of our patients in Household #1.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations at the unit level, taking on a leadership role.
- Provide care and support to patients with dementia or cognitive issues.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- LPN license and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
