Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide compassionate care.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing certification and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
