Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves a night shift with a weekend commitment, supporting the needs of residents and providing individualized nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated, and possess basic computer skills along with relevant nursing certifications.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with high complexity of needs, offering daily activities, services, and support to residents. Team members in this 40-45 bed long-term care unit play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to those in need.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure residents' needs are met on a daily basis.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
