As a Medication Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care by administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner. Your role involves medication administration, resident care, and adherence to regulations and policies to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed procedures.
• Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
• Maintain medication carts and treatment areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in resident care communications and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Promote risk management, safety, and infection control practices within the community.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and support team success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience in working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
