We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit within Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during night shifts, providing essential care and support to residents with complex needs.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that focuses on subacute rehabilitation services. Our team members are committed to delivering daily activities, high-quality care, and support to residents in need.
Job Summary
As an LPN in the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Your role is crucial in meeting the residents' healthcare needs and ensuring the unit's smooth operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
