Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your nursing knowledge and skills to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. You will also be responsible for the daily operations of the unit and may take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
Unit Summary
Joining our 40-45 bed long-term care unit or subacute rehabilitation unit, you will provide compassionate care and support to residents with diverse needs.
