Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position, you will work night shifts with a weekend commitment to provide exceptional care to our residents. Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit focused on subacute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity needs.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
