Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, providing individualized nursing care to residents and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit.
- Provide basic physical assessments and monitoring.
- Assume leadership responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
