Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents and ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as needed and attend to unit operations.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills and nursing principles.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping residents in need.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
