Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. Our team is committed to providing compassionate care and support to our residents.
Job Summary
As an LPN in our unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. You will play a key role in ensuring the well-being of our residents and maintaining the daily operations of the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
