Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing personalized nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. This role involves implementing individualized care plans, attending to daily operations, and potentially assuming leadership responsibilities as needed.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a long-term care unit with 40-45 beds, focusing on subacute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity needs. Team members in Hall 1 provide daily activities, services, and support to ensure the well-being of the residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
