Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during the night shift, from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a specialized 40-45 bed long-term care unit that focuses on subacute rehabilitation for residents with complex needs. Our team in Hall 1 is known for its compassion, motivation, and dedication to providing exceptional care.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will use your nursing skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. You will also oversee daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- Less than one year of experience.
- Active LPN license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
