Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment during night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide leadership as necessary.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
