Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents while taking on a leadership role as necessary. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, motivated, and committed to supporting those in need.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide basic physical assessments and attend to daily unit operations.
- Assume a leadership role as required to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
