Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and assisting in the unit's daily operations.
Unit Summary: The Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, Hall 1, caters to residents with high complexity needs, providing daily activities and a range of services. Team members in Hall 1 need to be compassionate and motivated to help those in need.
Job Summary: The LPN will utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement care plans. Basic computer skills and specialized equipment operation are required.
Requirements: Must have a Practical Nursing license, AHA CPR Certification, and basic computer skills. Graduation from an accredited nursing school is necessary.
