Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit team at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in the subacute rehabilitation unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents and oversee unit operations. This full-time position requires a commitment to the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) with weekend rotations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed on a per shift, unit level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills and nursing principles.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
