Job Title: LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, located in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a specialized 40-45 bed long-term care unit offering subacute rehabilitation services to residents with high complexity needs. Our team members are compassionate, motivated, and committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement personalized care plans. This role involves attending to daily unit operations and taking on leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
