Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to residents, working under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role within the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (2 years college) or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
