Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment on day shift from 7:00am to 7:30pm at Household #1. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans, assisting in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, and ensuring the daily operations of the unit run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the unit.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills for resident care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Compassionate and dedicated to resident care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
