Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will work in our Skilled Long Term Care facility at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, assisting with nursing personnel supervision, and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit. This full-time position requires a commitment to day shifts with weekend rotations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise nursing personnel and assist in orientation.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN License.
